Workflow mapping
Identify where a request begins, which details are needed, who owns the next step and what happens when information is missing. Manual exceptions are part of the plan.
THYNK STUDIO / SERVICES
Give every enquiry a clear next step.
Reduce repetitive handling with a workflow built around your actual enquiry process. We help define routing, notifications and follow-up tasks before choosing the tools to connect.
BUILT AROUND YOUR CUSTOMER
Automation is useful when a repeated action has a clear trigger and a reliable destination. An enquiry might need to reach the right person, create a task or be recorded in your existing system. We first map that path, including exceptions, so automation supports the team instead of adding another disconnected tool.
We begin with the action you want a visitor to take, then work backward to the information they need before that decision. The result is a purposeful page structure, with clear headings, relevant detail and a visible next step.
WHAT WE PLAN TOGETHER
Identify where a request begins, which details are needed, who owns the next step and what happens when information is missing. Manual exceptions are part of the plan.
An agreed implementation may route form enquiries, notify the team or create a record in a supported system. Feasibility depends on your tools, account permissions and available integrations.
Test normal and failed requests, identify a human owner and document the recovery path. AI-assisted drafting can be reviewed before it is used with customers.
BEFORE DESIGN STARTS
Share the tools you already use, a typical enquiry journey and the step taking the most time. We do not need customer data to discuss the initial scope. Any implementation should use the minimum required access, keep credentials out of public website code and define what is stored where.

KNOW YOUR INVESTMENT
These services are not included as an ongoing commitment in the $199 website package. We confirm the pages or workflows involved, access needed, deliverables and review points before giving you a price.
Paid subscriptions, software licenses and third-party costs are identified separately. Ongoing work needs an agreed schedule and support scope.
Starter is $199 for one page, Business is $399 for up to three pages, and Growth is $699 for up to five pages.

Tell us what your business does and what you need the website or workflow to accomplish. We clarify content, technical requirements and any missing inputs.
We put the deliverables, costs and responsibilities in writing. You review the proposed direction and supply consolidated feedback within the agreed scope.
We review the agreed pages or workflow before launch or handover. Any ongoing support, additional content or new functionality receives its own scope.
YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
No. Workflow design, integrations, paid tools and ongoing support are scoped separately. A website contact form does not automatically include a CRM connection.
That is a separate decision, not the default. We recommend agreeing on review rules, allowed topics and an escalation path before any automated customer response is considered.
We review its supported integrations, your subscription and the permissions required. Compatibility is confirmed during scoping, not promised for every system.
The implementation scope should define a way to notice failures, a person responsible for review and a manual fallback. Maintenance and monitoring responsibilities are agreed explicitly.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Tell us where you are now and what needs to happen next.
Our team will review your requirements and help confirm the right scope. Send your project details to our team. An enquiry does not book a call or collect payment.
