Website Care & Maintenance

Keep your website useful after launch.

A website needs attention as your services, content and software change. We scope ongoing care around your platform, the updates you need and the responsibilities you want our team to handle.

BUILT AROUND YOUR CUSTOMER

Launch is the start of ownership.

A broken contact path, outdated service details or unreviewed software changes can make a good website less useful. A care plan creates a defined routine for the work you need. It also sets boundaries: small content edits, major new features and emergency recovery are different kinds of work.

We begin with the action you want a visitor to take, then work backward to the information they need before that decision. The result is a purposeful page structure, with clear headings, relevant detail and a visible next step.

WHAT WE PLAN TOGETHER

A useful scope, with no guesswork.

01

Agreed routine checks

Define which pages, forms and key journeys need checking and how often. The scope should explain how issues are reported and what corrective work is included.

02

Content and software updates

Plan small content changes and, where relevant, platform or plugin updates. The approach depends on your hosting, platform access and a suitable backup or staging process.

03

Clear support boundaries

Agree on included tasks, review frequency and escalation. Additional development, malware recovery, paid licenses and hosting costs are confirmed separately.

BEFORE DESIGN STARTS

Bring the details. We’ll shape the journey.

Share your platform, hosting setup, existing support arrangements and the changes you expect to make regularly. We review access and the current condition of the site before committing to a maintenance scope. A site with unresolved issues may need a separate repair project first.

Your project checklist

  • Your current website or business overview
  • The main audience and enquiry you want
  • Accurate service details and approved claims
  • Your logo, imagery and available content
  • Required tools, access and target timing

KNOW YOUR INVESTMENT

Start with the scope you need.

A separate quote for a defined task.

These services are not included as an ongoing commitment in the $199 website package. We confirm the pages or workflows involved, access needed, deliverables and review points before giving you a price.

Paid subscriptions, software licenses and third-party costs are identified separately. Ongoing work needs an agreed schedule and support scope.

Need a website first?

Starter is $199 for one page, Business is $399 for up to three pages, and Growth is $699 for up to five pages.

FROM INTEREST TO ACTION

A clear path through the project.

01

Share your brief

Tell us what your business does and what you need the website or workflow to accomplish. We clarify content, technical requirements and any missing inputs.

02

Agree and review

We put the deliverables, costs and responsibilities in writing. You review the proposed direction and supply consolidated feedback within the agreed scope.

03

Check and move forward

We review the agreed pages or workflow before launch or handover. Any ongoing support, additional content or new functionality receives its own scope.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before you start: website care & maintenance.

Is website care included after launch?

The website packages include 14 days of fixes for in-scope bugs. Ongoing maintenance and new changes are separate from that launch support.

Can you maintain a site someone else built?

Potentially. We first review the platform, access and current condition. Support depends on whether the site can be maintained reliably within an agreed scope.

Do you provide hosting or software licenses?

Those costs are separate unless a written proposal explicitly includes them. Ownership and renewal responsibilities should be clear before any account is used.

Is support available around the clock?

No around-the-clock response commitment is implied. Communication windows and any response targets are agreed in the care proposal.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Let’s define your project.

Tell us where you are now and what needs to happen next.

Our team will review your requirements and help confirm the right scope. Send your project details to our team. An enquiry does not book a call or collect payment.
